Step 1: Receiving applications 

We are always open to receiving applications for the apprenticeship program all of which will be subjected to our recruitment process when the need arises. 

Step 2: Time-based practical Interview assignment

This is a virtual interview assignment that takes about 3 hours to complete. 

Some timeslots are suggested for the responding candidates to consider for their scheduling depending on their respective availabilities.

Based on an objective assessment, the candidates that do not go through are given feedback. 

Step 3: Project Assignment 

Candidates get to this step based on an objective assessment of the previous step.  

This is also a practical interview assignment in the form of a project and takes about 5 Days to complete and submit.

Step 4: Virtual Interview 1.

This is an oral interview for each candidate who makes it to this stage based on an objective assessment of the previous stage.

It is conducted by the recruiting panel.

An objective assessment is done by the panelists and the candidates that do not go through are given feedback. 

Step 4: Virtual Interview 2 (Could be physical).

This is the last recruitment step and is conducted by 1 or 2 senior engineers or the CEO.

Step 5: Background Checks and Offer.
